Good quality for the price, but too much fat wasted
Ordered 4 slabs of 1 inch CAB Ribeye. Cooked it sous vide for an hour then pan seared. Meat was tender enjoyed the flavor even with the minimal marbling (understandable because of the price range). But he down side is that a large portion of the slab was just wasted because it is all fat. Maybe will try another cut to try.
i am experienced in buying and eating steaks and by far Fat Butcher exceeded my expectations. I couldnt even think what to say in this review. But definitely everything is worth the price!
