The taste was good but the size of the chops was disappointing for the price as there are sellers here in Manila selling good quality Australian lamb for almost half the price but double the size.

1st time to buy in The Fat Butcher PH

The lamb chops were really good and tender. The amount of marbling is just right making the meat all the more juicy and flavorful. Just a dash of salt and pepper on a hot grill, is all that's needed to make for a perfect weekend family lunch. Thank you Fat Butcher PH! :)

Craving satisfied

Tastes fresh meat and no after taste that some frozen meat would have.

I've purchased multiple times and quality is consistent. Just need to improve on the communication and confirmation of deliveries from end to end as to avoid mishaps. Here's a photo of a crisped up Pork Jowl.

Good quality for the price, but too much fat wasted

Ordered 4 slabs of 1 inch CAB Ribeye. Cooked it sous vide for an hour then pan seared. Meat was tender enjoyed the flavor even with the minimal marbling (understandable because of the price range). But he down side is that a large portion of the slab was just wasted because it is all fat. Maybe will try another cut to try.

PREMIUM TASTE AND QUALITY

i am experienced in buying and eating steaks and by far Fat Butcher exceeded my expectations. I couldnt even think what to say in this review. But definitely everything is worth the price!

Not even near 430g.

Product is only 398g. Weighted it as soon as i recieved it. Is that normal? Or should i weigh it when thawed?
