I ordered 1 inch 530-570g. I got 500g but was half an inch thick at best. It was so hard to cook medium rare. It was so wide, but so thin. But very tender especially the tenderloin side. Literally melts in your mouth. It would have been perfect if it was 1 inch thick.
Nowhere near .75 inch, atleast do not advertise the wrong way
Kinda disappinted because i was expecting and paid for a thickness of .75 to 1inch but only got .5. The steak was good overall just not what i was expecting
