A Lamb Shoulder Experience: Tender and Flavorful

Love the lamb shoulder - true to the description- rich in taste as the meat is close to the bone. As a Christian, this certainly speaks of the season when I ate it during the holy week.

For 1 kilo, I got 5 chops of juicy lamb meat. Another worth mentioning is the meat not pungent compared to other lamb meat we had. The layer of fat is so thin, so if you're looking for a less oily alternative this is the right choice. Just cooked it like my regular medium rare steak.

In summary, this Lamb Shoulder is more than a meal; it’s an experience—an ode to flavor, tradition, and the joy of savoring life’s simple pleasures. lol Thank you Fat Butcher.
