The pork belly samgyupsal was an absolute delight! Each slice of pork belly was expertly grilled to crispy perfection, offering a delightful crunch on the outside while maintaining a juicy tenderness within. The savory and succulent flavor of the meat was simply outstanding.

I've purchased multiple times and quality is consistent. Just need to improve on the communication and confirmation of deliveries from end to end as to avoid mishaps. Here's a photo of a crisped up Pork Jowl.

Good quality for the price, but too much fat wasted

Ordered 4 slabs of 1 inch CAB Ribeye. Cooked it sous vide for an hour then pan seared. Meat was tender enjoyed the flavor even with the minimal marbling (understandable because of the price range). But he down side is that a large portion of the slab was just wasted because it is all fat. Maybe will try another cut to try.

PREMIUM TASTE AND QUALITY

i am experienced in buying and eating steaks and by far Fat Butcher exceeded my expectations. I couldnt even think what to say in this review. But definitely everything is worth the price!

Not even near 430g.

Product is only 398g. Weighted it as soon as i recieved it. Is that normal? Or should i weigh it when thawed?
